2 months ago, a decision to change the way we work – we, a team of 150 people working in the call centre technology space for a company in the Australian telecommunications sector.  Historically we had followed a traditional waterfall project management methodology, with large scale IT integration projects: hardware + software + people; lots of people in a big company, with a lot of bureaucracy.  Today,  we’re making a change to agile, to focusing on customer value, committing to fail fast and often and undertaking a massive cultural change in a group of hard-line engineers.
